The PA Stallions are officially seeking passionate, disciplined and experienced football coaches for the 2027 season. Help build a championship culture and develop top-tier student-athletes on and off the field.
Offensive Staff
Quarterbacks Coach (QB)
Quarterback mechanics, read progressions, footwork, and game-plan execution.
Offensive Line Coach (OL)
Blocking schemes, trench technique, run/pass protection packages, and physicality.
Wide Receivers Coach (WR)
Route running precision, release techniques, catch mechanics, and perimeter blocking.
Defensive Staff
Defensive Line Coach (DL)
Front-seven technique, block destruction, gap control, and pass rush moves.
Linebackers Coach (LB)
Second-level keys, run fits, drop coverages, blitz packages, and tackling fundamentals.
Key responsibilities & qualifications
- ▸Plan and lead position-specific drills during team practices and offseason workouts.
- ▸Assist in opponent film breakdown, game planning, and sideline call execution.
- ▸Prior coaching experience at high school, collegiate, or adult/semi-pro level preferred.
- ▸Demonstrated leadership, strong communication skills, and commitment to player development.
